Starter motor noises
So lately when I start the car, it will sometimes make a gear grinding noise like the starter motor is not engaging the ring-gear?
I'm not sure how the starter assembly works in the 130i Auto, but the noise sounds very much like the issue that I had with my first ever car (I remember it distinctly, it happened a lot).
It's only started happening since it got below 10' in Melbourne, so I'm wondering if that is part of the issue too.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
