2 mistakes....

1) buyer should of inspected the knob closely( in good light) after it dropped and REFUSED purchase. Buyer's mistake

2) A good vendor would of inspected the knob together with the buyer immediatly to determine the damage and adjust price if needed....especially if the seller dropped it..If buyer had an issue just 30 minutes after sale then a reasonable vendor....should of refunded this man his purchase price.....

Any vendor i have dealt with would of taken this back with no questions asked if it was damaged. If buyer bought it and new it was damaged than that is another story...but in the heat of the moment the way this is coming down it sounds like both the seller and the buyer are at fault....I am running my own retail business for 24 years now....and this shit is just not the way to do business.....
