the München and the Conti Building are in the same Area, in München

The München Building is the old Munich Airport Terminal. The old Munich Airport was right in the Triangle Riem-Trudering-Feldkirchen , but the Airport is getting too small and to close to Munich City, so they moved to Erding. Theres just the old Terminal Entrance and the Tower left... theres the new Munich Fair, a big Mall and a lot of flats/appartments build on the old Airport Area.
