Remove 4 nuts at the DPs
Remove 1 bolt a foot or so below that on a hanger
Remove 2 bolts at the point where the axleback meets the midpipe.

You do have to remove a brace to get the pipe out. The brace has 4 bolts in the center and 2 on the ends (1 on each end).

Reverse steps to install... remove the brace before loosening the midpipe and obviously install the brace after the N55 pipe is bolted in place.

Make sure you pull the gaskets (3 total) off both ends of the original midpipe unless you are going to be using all new ones.

No one should charge more than about $100 for this.
