I have been perusing, but I cannot seem to find the exact car that I want. Apparently only about four of them were made in the entire country. I found one close today, committed to buy it, and then the dealer repudiated. What can you do, right?

M-Sports Package
Navigation
Less than 40,000 on the clock
Coral Red Interior
STOCK or very lightly modified; never tracked
Flexibility:
Navigation is not a big deal
Premium package is negotiable
I have cash in hand, but I am not pushing this purchase as I have realized it might take a while to find.
Edit: Will not even consider a black car or a convertible
