We can build the extension piece to any specified height. I recommend you take a straight edge and just mark where your hand feels most comfortable. The extension peice itself is secured with a pin. That pin is inserted via a hole that is drilled through the shift lever. The end result is a shift extension that has zero movement
We can also refinish the lever in any color.
