I agree nothing should change about the 1M, except that they should build more. Although 1M owners would like to think BMW has their interests at heart and was trying to create a pricing furor to retain value, I don't think that is the case. They are in the business of selling cars, they got the demand wrong and then said the economics didn't work to build more US spec. If I have read correctly original total estimated total production was around 3,000, but actual ended up being way north of that, with no additional coming to the US.

My question is, If the numbers didn't work to 'homologate' more 1Ms for the US, what is the justification for the 135is? This is what makes me believe that BMW USA did intentionally limit the units in the US.
