I can't put the seat nearly all the way up and still fit in the car. But I am not all the way down, either, and my seat belt only flaps above about 55 mph. I either live with it or roll the windows up. I can't hear the radio well at that speed with the top down anyway. But sometimes I want the air more than the radio and I just live with the belt. I've tried putting the seat lower and my hair gets messed up less but it just doesn't feel right (and if my hair gets too messed up it is time for a haircut anyway).
