The only reason the bottom piece of the lip would come off is due to people rubbing/damaging it during daily driving which would then create an air pocket between the two pieces. The air pocket would expand during high down force situations and then the bottom piece might come off. Can't blame anyone but yourself if you rubbed the lip and it came off.....
Lip was new. I never hit anything. This was right after install. The bottom part was the first to go at triple digit speeds due to downforce and maybe diluted adhesive or a quality issue on my piece. I am unsure.
