I probably would've got the gloss black if it was an option. Don't like all that shiny silver. Went the grey poplar instead. How did you get the black?
Nice one Corey. Might have to have a go at this myself. I replaced the ashtray on my e30 with a storage bin. Much simpler! Just pulled out the ashtray & pushed in the new factory insert. Even keep the cig lighter. Bloody smokers don't use their ashtrays anyway. They just flick it out the window! Then they can't understand why I pull up next to them at the lights on my bike & abuse them. Nearly as bad as the guys who put on their winscreen washers while driving in front of you, after you've just cleaned your car.
