OP - if you can't talk your dealer (or Regional Service Manager from BMW NA) to give you the PPK SW... then your only choice would be getting a tune. You should consider Giac or Cobb or the like.

PS: I am sure most dealers could match this "service dept" price from Tischer. I am on their mailing list bc that is teh closest dealer to my US address - even though I live in Germany! lol

Thanks for the flier I will try to have them match it if possible. Give me the PPK for free?? Haha BMW ain't going to do that not even for a loyal customer. My SA said to keep driving it and to check back with him after a week and they'll check it out.
