Spent almost hour to find a difference, but I couldn't find anything new except the HD Radio signal.
4.5 hours job sounds right. The dealer called me back after 5 hours(HU replacement is different story though). Now I can see how they screwed my HU. Like you said, they must have removed dashboard for the process, or they don't have any reason to touch the HU.
Don't see engine SW related service record. I believe mine already has latest engine SW.
I will check engine SW version.
