so i had bmw register my car for me today and come to find out that my license has been flagged now all that i can think of is the time that i ran a red light and never got the ticket in the mail for it what does flagged mean and how can i fix this problem

i spoke to registration right before they tried to register the vechile and they said all was well bottom line i didnt by a fourty thousand dollar vechile to let it sit
