like everyone else has said (I assume OP has already made the purchase?), CPO all the way.
and every item/extended warranty/extras is negotiable - just comes down to what kind of a deal you can work out with the seller. personally, i skip all the extras except for the CPO warranty (comes with CPO) or FACTORY extended warranty (you can shop around for those after you buy, provided it's bought 6 months or 5k before original warranty expiration (45k miles) I think).
of course, anyone considering extra warranty on these cars better make some choices quick, since the end of the line was about 3.5 years ago
