Motel-One in Garching and make sure everything is ok. They speak English just fine.
Also... in Munich they have Gray-Line tour buses, you could see the city that way and just get off where and when you like. In fact one of the stops is right in the BMW Welt parking lot! Just outside the front door(where we held Welt 2.0)! Only $17 to $31 pp...
