Dyno recommendations for Southeast PA? Also 2 places to AVOID...

I'm over an hour north of Philly and would like to get a recommendation for a dyno with a team that has experience with our cars, or at least BMW in general.

Today I went down to PSI "pro"formance down in Lansdale (http://www.psiproformance.com/index.php) and walked away without actually getting to do any pulls. With a scheduled appointment for when the open, they were all late, a lot of smoking around my car, and stopping halfway through strapping down my car to discuss problems another customer was having who did not have an appointment (it shouldn't take 6 guys to talk to 1 customer). They also didn't know how to hook up my car to their computer to get anything besides a HP reading - not even torque or RPM, what good is that??? They said they could charge labor to poke around and figure out where everything is. That's when I left. The facility was essentially ever bad back-alley stereotype you can imagine. I would NOT recommend this facility.

I also tried getting an appointment with R/T Tuning also in Lansdale (http://rttuning.com/), but I was hung up on once, then on my second call the "call back soon" happened 2 days later.
