Maybe everybody already knew this, and if you did, please disregard this post :P
When you're calling to check your production status (800-831-1117), the voice prompts can be really annoying, and the system is pretty bad at figuring out what you said. Fortunately you can still use those old-fashioned buttons on your phone
- Call 800-831-1117
- Press 2 for "Vehicle Production Status"
- Enter your production number or partial VIN
- Then:
- Press 1 if you entered a production number
- Press 2 if you entered a partial VIN
Great success! And no more "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that" from the uppity lady on the phone
