I brought it in recently for the 30k service but I had cleared the service indicator which is apparently a big no-no. He said he would get an exception but I'm not sure if they even did anything. Don't see what the big deal is, can't they look at the service history to see what was performed? On the paper they gave me looks like it was all visual checks.
