One add-on, in my opinion, that is worth it is the BMW performance exhaust. I got my 2013 a couple of months ago and had the exhaust installed at the port. The sound is worth the price of admission....cold starts sound incredible! Can't speak to performance or HP gains, but the sound makes it for me...doesn't drone on the highway either.....
