Am with Shannons with both my vehicles.
One no-fault repair was handled conveniently with a satisfactory result.

At present, am having issues with a cracked windscreen where Shannons are offering to replace with O'Briens windscreen (aftermarket) rather than BMW (genuine). Seems that in the past, Shannons might have been covering for genuine windscreens (at least in Western Australia a couple of years back), but perhaps they have taken a new position ...
