Thanks for all the answers everyone and thanks for the sticky. Kinda funny that this poll turned out exactly as i might expect it to, with the N55 being slightly biased towards reliability when compared to the N54.
Still good info! It looks like most 135i owners (at least right now as I'm writing this) report having good or stellar reliability in both the N54 and N55 powered cars!
