ie: not documented yet unfortunately. Apparently you'll need Xenon version headlights for any chance of pnp (edit: for models built before 09/09. After this date is perfectly fine according to BMW)..

There really shouldn't be any difference between these and the other LCI lights except cosmetic appeal. And the need for xenons is really not a requirement as the cars pre '12 all had the LED/Xenon rear standard.
The older LCI ones also claimed pre/post 09' and required the small adapter cable which ended up not being the case. Never-the-less we can verify from you guys once you get your hands on them.
