Well for starters the bolt pattern is different from lexus to BMW so those wheels won't work.

To answer your question, if the hub on the wheel is bigger than the hub on the car than you can simply use a hubring (little piece of metal that makes up the gap). If the hub bore is smaller on the wheel than on the car then the wheels will need to be machined, I've heard this is about a $100 cost for 4 wheels.
