My front brake pads made squealing noise once a while but BC said I still had 10,000 miles. I took my car in anyway to South Bay BMW and they replaced the pads and sensors for me.
South Bay BMW has been great so far, they've fixed every problem I've had with my car. Except last time when they scratched the S*** out of my car which I was pretty upset about.
Take your car to South Bay BMW, I'd be shocked if they refuse to replace your pads. Ask for Marc Pizzuto.
