This is my first BMW so I don't really know what I'm getting myself in for.
When I bought my previous 2 cars I had and still get great service from the dealership. Are my standards set too high?
I do understand the 1 is a popluar car but all I was after from the salesman was some help and courtesy, not an arrogant and smug attitude.
Not too worry, I'll try else where. Just trying to pin down a good dealership that will look after me, before and after the purchase of a car.
