Just a little advise here for you:
If you are going to trick out the car, go with an N54 engine. If not, go with the N55 for reliabilty and upkeep cost.
Getting the nav system is huge for me just because of the radio and bluetooth ease of use. Also, unless the car was originally sold with sat. radio capability, you won't be able to subscribe to sat. radio.
Lastly, if you find a great DCT car, its almost as satisfying (for me) as the 6 speed, and its actually faster.
