Yes, unfortunately it's back on the table, but dosn't look like going ahead - hopefully it'll be killed off once and for all and good n proper !!!
It is because of this that all dealers are still implementing it ! I was at an Audi dealership over the weekend (booked a back to back test drive session of both the new TT/S and new S5 - more of that in another forthcoming thread) and they told me, they are still applying the additional LCT until when and if they hear it's 'definitely' gone...
