Need help, lots of vibrations coming from winter setup

Hi guys,

Need some help here. I just put on my winter wheels/tires and I'm getting a lot of vibrations from them. On super smooth road surfaces like a freshly paved concrete highway, everything is normal, but on other road surfaces that aren't as smooth I get very annoying vibration from the tires. It's like they are picking up every single road imperfection. I'm thinking this is because of my JRZs and my stiffer suspension setup? I had these same winter wheels/tires on last winter and had no such vibrations. I've checked the pressures, the alignment is good, tread looks good, etc. I had no vibrations when I had my summer wheels/tires (Pilot super sports) on.

Are the wheels not balanced? I'm confused because on some road surfaces they seem fine. the speed I'm going doesn't seem to matter either. What's happening!?

Thanks
