Also why 8200? Max piston velocity?
That's my idea lol The hydraulic lifters bleed-out at that speed and the valves can't open as much as they should (no power benefits). That was the ONLY issue at those speeds. I'd imagine, with a lightweight flywheel and a good harmonic dampener, and solid lifters, this engine could do 9k RPM (I'll have to actually do piston speed calculations) pretty easily
