I have never had such a painless, pleasant experience buying a car as at Tulley BMW. Everyone was very helpful, there was no typical car salesman "pushiness", and everyone seemed generally interested in helping make the experience a good one. My CA, Travis, was excellent to deal with. I did ED on my 135i, and though it was his first ED, he made it a point to learn the process and sought out additional help when I had questions he did not know the answers to. Dave in Finance was also very helpful, as he had done a number of EDs before.

Tulley was even willing to match a price I was quoted at another dealer without batting an eye. There was no haggling or arguing, and they did not make you feel like you were being rude for daring to make an offer other than MSRP.

My car should be getting re-delivered next week, but I wanted to chime in and voice a second review of Tulley. All around a great experience. :w00t:
