One of the guys on E90post was able to pull this off. It looks great actually. It might be a little too bright on the outer ring, but it'd definitely daytime available. You can look at some of the vendors around here, and they will probably carry some sort of HID kits with H8 35W. During the night, you'll have your xenon's on anyway, so the HID won't be as bright.
