When you say paint the old bumper, its sand down the damaged portion and only paint the damaged portion? or a total respray?

If its the second option the same price should hold for a 135 bumper.
I'm not sure I didn't ask. I certainly should have asked. But I am guessing they only fix and blend. For that price I don't think they repaint the entire bumper I thought it was around ~300 to do that

edit: got a call from the other dudes insurance. They need to see my car in person before they can give me any $$, even though I went straight to the dealership. They said they will call me in 1-7 days to schedule an appointment for them to come to my house x[
