I used 3M double sided tape to install my the CF spoiler.
The trick is I lightly sprayed the boot lid area with a mixture of water and alcohol so the 3M tape won't stick immediately to the boot lid. This gave me time to adjust the position of the spoiler to perfection. Once positioned, I taped it down while everything dried up and secured. It's nearly a year since I installed it and it's still rock solid as new.
