+1 to what velociti said. I'm running the Dinan S2 tune as I didn't want to bother with things, and I'm extremely happy with it.

I have no personal experience with JB4 or MHD, but I would probably suggest the latter if you were to go that route. I have had multiple friends start with JB4 only to end up with MHD a short time later. Competition is always changing things though. JB4 used to be essentially the best and only player in the game for a while.
