Plenty of people use Redline, but know that you now have to ignore your oil change interval on the dash. 7,500 to 10,000 miles tends to be done, but your best bet is to get started on an oil analysis regime, that will let you know the best time for YOU to change YOUR oil with how you operate the car.
Or just change it every 5k.
