I've driven both cars and they are both super fun to drive. The speed difference is so slight (stock) that you wouldn't be able to tell which one is faster without an accurate way to measure. The ride quality of the BMW is much better imo. Of course I work for BMW so my opinion might be a little biased. I bought a scratch and dent 128 because I got a deal too good to pass up. Reading this forum is helping me speed up my search for a 135
