One thing that would slightly help is also mentioning what offset you plan to purchase. I'm guessing you are planning 18x8.5 et45fr, 18.9.5 et50r? That's what I'd do anyways. I think it will fit as you listed but I'd go ahead and order 245/35 rears for your first set just to be safe if those tires come in that size. If not, I'd order 255/35 before I ordered 245/40. Also, you should be able to get a little rear camber added if you do rub a little and you don't want to roll.
If you do rub a little it will be mainly be with extra weight such as passengers in the car.
