Hid angels comes with pre drilled headlight cap. Silicone holes for 100% sealed. Tested on rain. Ballast is pretty much new. Will not throw codes if your
headlights are on, but will throw codes if your headlights are off. You can get the code deleted for pretty cheap. To make it work we tap a interior light bulb into the back of the rely harness. It can be used as a hood interior light but if you dont like it you can get a capacitor.
