You can also see my oil changing pics in that thread. Even though I have a 135i... at that time no one had made a 135i DIY oil change thread... so I stuck my pics in Jim's wonderful thread.
I know the 128i has an 8mm Hex or Allen plug for the oil pan drain. On most 128i's this drain plug points straight down. I believe in the last year BWM has changed the oil drain plug to the side of the oil pan, much like the 135i's use/have. So maybe you can confirm or deny this for us.
