Not likely. I have 18x8.5's with 235/40/18's as my summer setup and it rubs on deep dips and full turns which will be almost completely taken care of once I get the fenders rolled springtime, but a 245 I think is just pushin it. My front wheel is 45 offset as well and without a spacer with 235 tires I was about 2mm from the strut which is quite a bit close, and so I put on a 3mm spacer which sets the edge of the tire right on the inside of the fender, perfect fitment just with some minor rubbing on harsh dips like i said which should be fixed with the rolling, but again, a 245 ud def need atleast a 3mm spacer from the strut which would rub least a bit more and probably still some with a rolling. Theres nothing wrong with a 235/265 setup, just go with that.
