You are correct Jim. Texaskid indicated he had four defective wheels. TR requested him to send them back for inspection. He said he did not have another set of wheels and demanded that TR send him another new set at TRs cost. TR balked and said they needed to inspect them and determine if they were defective vs. damaged. If defective either money back or new ones would be in order. Texaskid would not work with TR and TR did not budge. Now Texaskid paid out of his pocket to repair the four wheels professionally. Now those repaired wheels are for sale on this site and he has been rolling on his other wheels.

That pretty much sums it up. If the wheels were really defective, I don’t think I would have taken that route. Those wheels would have been shipped back ASAP for a refund.

Now back to the regularly scheduled soap box.
