As discussed prior, I would say either PPK, probably v1 if no PE, or a set of michelin pilot super sports. The ride quality, noise, grip, and every driving characteristic will be greatly improved with those tires over the stock runflats.
Other OEM cosmetic things you might want to consider as vertebra said are the CF spoiler that a lot of people like, or you might want to check out the CF side mirrors, or perhaps both. You could also have them pay to get your windows tinted if they aren't already. Or any combo of the above.
