Bumping an old thread as I'm having a similar issue. I have an N55 with a Berk DP and I just purchased a used MadDad whisper exhaust and it drones like CRAZY. New gaskets, new spring bolts, everything torqued down. Not sure what the issue is but mid-throttle drone is literally headache inducing.
