If it is just dust, try a stronger wheel cleaner perhaps, and use abrasion. I have a lambskin wheel mitt that i always use. Let the spray go on for a minute or 2, and start rubbing making sure to get all the hard corners. Be sure to rinse the mitt and your hand inbetween every wheel.

I also would recommend test fitting the wheels before breaking your back on them unless they were already on a 1 to make sure the offsets work as these cars are known to be picky
