I can't seem to find what rates everyone go for their 1Ms.
so could you guys possibly let me know which springs you guys use (swift, hyperco, eibach, etc), kind of damper (AST, JRZ, BC, etc), spring rate and some additional comment to help me decide?

Thanks in advance.
You will get a very wide range of answers on this one depends on how the car is used. I personally like around 350 front and around 650-700 rear for a daily 1M that may see a track day or two per year. If you track a bit more than that, I say 400-450 front and 700-800 rear. Serious track and slicks will have you run much higher rates than that.

If you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to PM or email me. I have had extensive experience with AST, JRZ, Koni and Ohlins.
