I have the same clicking sound and I've had it for a long time. I first noticed it with stock suspension, stock wheels (264) and run flat tires. I've since changed to vorshlag camber plates and non run flat tires... I still have the clicking sound.

My dealership also tells me it's the rotors and it's normal, but as someone else mentioned that doesn't seem to be the case. They said the 6 series cars also have the clicking sound.

Has anyone else gotten rid of the clicking sound? So far the successful changes mentioned above are:

1) wheel bearings
2) lug bolts
