Well positive things is that M3 have a floating rotor which would not warp like ours also it is crossed drilled which is good for heat exchange and it is thicker nad much lighter weight.

The negative thing is that it is 13 mm smaller if you calculate from both sides 6.5 mm from one side which is almost nothing
