depends on how much you need to stop.....
Absolutely, unquestionably, Castrol SRF is a superior fluid. See the label on the side of each and look up the terms wet and dry boiling point.
note that the WET Boiling point of SRF nearly exceeds the DRY boiling point of ATE Typ200. that means that even thoroughly thrashed SRF exceeds fresh ATE.
