Sometimes it's just better to cut the cord and move on, before the path of escalation leads for more financial commitment. I like to make plans regarding my car a few years in advance, so I have time to second guess myself and whatnot. I'm eyeing a Cayman S 2-3 years from now. If my 1 series proves to be troublesome, it will happen even sooner.
