Not defending anyone here, but I think the forum member is simply asking if there is anything more concrete than just a throwaway line about the 1m at the end of a sentence when discussing the engine and M button of the M5. It's a provocative statement as can be seen in this thread. It's like BMW saying our cars have only 250kw - we all know through dynos that this is untrue.
I'm no engineer, but if the wastegate action is true, should we not be able to log this on a dyno?
